Welcome to Naval Air Station Jacksonville, home to seven active-duty VP squadrons flying P-8A Poseidon aircraft, three reserve squadrons, five helicopter squadrons, and one MQ-4C UAS Triton squadron. NAS Jacksonville sustains, enables, and supports warfighter readiness. As a master air and industrial base, Naval Air Station Jacksonville supports U.S. and allied forces specializing in anti-submarine warfare and training the best aviators in the world. NAS Jacksonville occupies more than 3,800 acres along the west bank of the St. Johns River, making it the largest installation in Navy Region Southeast. Nearby neighborhoods include Jacksonville and Orange Park. If you're just arriving on orders, enter through any gate and report to the CNRSE Administrative Office Building, second floor. If you have civilian visitors coming to see you, they will need to stop at the Visitor Control Center at the main gate to register for their unaccompanied passes. You will find plenty to do without leaving base. You'll find favorites like a round of golf, bowling, camping, and more. Jacksonville offers ample recreational activities just outside the gates with restaurants, museums, parks, and so much more. Looking to get outside?
