Navy

Natalie Oliverio served in the U.S. Navy from 2001 to 2005, stationed aboard the destroyer USS Mahan, DDG-72 during the Global War on Terror. As part of the George Washington Battle Group, she supported operations for OIF and OEF.

After her service, Natalie turned her military experience into purpose, founding Military Talent Partners—a firm dedicated to mentoring veterans and military spouses into meaningful careers. Her leadership and mentorship have impacted thousands as they transition from military to civilian life.

A proud West Virginian, writer, and devoted mother, Natalie continues to advocate for stories of resilience and empowerment in the veteran community. Her mission is simple but powerful: to help military talent find purpose beyond service.
