Beyond the Army, he and his wife, Teiko, have raised three children and have lived in 13 cities over 26 years. Together, their family has earned seven degrees and launched five businesses. Today, Kareem and Teiko serve as Ambassadors for Higher Ground’s Community Resiliency Units, supporting veterans and first responders through outdoor therapy.
