Gayleen Swiggum

Gayleen Swiggum served for more than nine years in the U.S. Air Force as a Logistics Readiness Officer, leading operations across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East.

Throughout her service, she commanded more than 200 Airmen and earned top honors, including the Meritorious Service Medal and the Joint Service Commendation Medal. After leaving active duty, Gayleen built a successful career in project and change management, impacting over 350 employees and clients in the finance sector.

Today, she continues her service as a military spouse, writer, and leadership coach. She also hosts a podcast dedicated to inspiring and empowering leaders through authentic storytelling. In her downtime, Gayleen enjoys traveling, reading, and finding new ways to connect with the military community.
