Ashley Cain Leads Celebrity SAS Cast

From reality television stars to athletes and more, this season of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is filled with many big names you know and love. Here’s a rundown of everyone competing in season 4: AJ Pritchard After making a name for himself on Strictly Come Dancing, Pritchard is taking on a much different type of challenge. Will he be able to dance his way to the top, or will his moves fall flat? Amber Gill Winner of the 5th series of Love Island, Gill has proven that she has what it takes to navigate reality TV to find love. But can she do it to prove herself as a survivalist and a warrior? This remains to be seen. Ashley Cain Ashley Cain and reality TV were made for each other, as the ex-Coventry City footballer has made a name for himself on various shows, such as Ex on the Beach and The Challenge. The unfortunate passing of his and former partner Safiyya Vorajee’s baby Azaylia Diamond was a loss no parent should endure. He’ll have to compete while trying to heal from the unimaginable. Calum Best If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best, and season 4 is taking this quite literally. Calum Best, television personality and son of the legendary Manchester United player George Best, will be pushing his mental and physical skills to the limit for a chance at glory this season. Curtis Pritchard Here's another finalist from the fifth rendition of Love Island. The inevitable drama between Pritchard and Gill is sure to be one of the most exciting storylines to follow throughout the season. Dwain Chambers Blink and you’ll miss him; Dwain Chambers joins the cast and is hoping to use his Olympic physique to dominate the competition. But one of Europe’s fastest sprinters will need to rely on both speed and endurance to come out of this marathon of a challenge on top. Fatima Whitbread Fatima Whitbread MBE is well-known for her prowess at javelin throwing, and her strength will help her, but there’s a lot to do here if she’s to win Celebrity SAS. Ferne McCann The model and former member of The Only Way Is Essex, Ferne McCann is ready to show that she has what it takes to win. No stranger to the reality TV game, McCann could be a real contender if she can overcome the physical challenges along the way. Jade Jones It seems that after Jones kicked the @$$es of everyone in Europe and at the Olympics, she decided to take on a new challenge other than taekwondo. Sadly for her fellow cast members, that means they are her next target. Jennifer Ellison Singer, model, dancer, television personality… Ellison has it all. A true performer and a classic entertainer, she’ll be once again in the spotlight, but there’s a lot more to overcome when you’re taking on the challenges of the SAS. Jonathan Broom-Edwards Hailing from Colchester, England, Jonathan Broom-Edwards dominates the high jump. Achieving gold at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games, Broom-Edwards knows how to overcome and dominate even the fiercest of competition. Maisie Smith You don’t have to go too far to find Smith popping up on various media outlets. This includes songs, movies, and on television. She’s a perfect choice for this season, but it remains to be seen if she has what it takes to complete the challenge at hand. Pete WicksTOWIE fans are getting double trouble this season, as Pete Wicks will be joining in on all the fun. How he and McCann go about things will be another fun storyline to follow, similar to that of Amber and Curtis. Shannon Courtenay Last but certainly not least is Shannon Courtenay, a female bantamweight boxer for Britain. She fought in WBA and held the title from April to October 2021. Courtenay will have to apply the same grit and determination she uses in the ring to avoid being down for the count.

The SAS Keeps Great Britain Safe

The SAS challenges may make for great entertainment as non-military personnel try to prove themselves against grueling tasks, but they serve a great purpose in keeping Europe and many other nations safe. These guys kick @$$ and assist as our allies in making the world a better place. The SAS has been helpful in virtually every war fought by Britain since WWII and continues to be an elite force in special ops. Some of the things the SAS specializes in include rescuing hostages, covert surveillance ops, close combat, and successfully completing missions behind enemy lines. Often compared to the Navy SEALs or the Army’s Delta Force, the SAS works together with American Special Forces on a number of operations to get the job done right.
